Ureteroscopy/ Cystopanendoscopy

The examination of ureteroscopy is also known as cystopanendoscopy. Ureteroscopy is a procedure to look into and resolve the issues of kidney stones. The procedure of ureteroscopy involves the passage of a small telescope, called an ureteroscope is passed through the urethra and bladder and up the ureter to the location of the stone in the kidney. Most often ureteroscopy is used to resolve issues of stones in the ureter, especially for stones closest to the bladder, in the lower half of the ureter.
