blog

Small incision cataract surgery with Intraocular lens is a form of cataract surgery in which an incision not more than 1.8 mm is made to remove the cataract in one piece, and also reduce surgical invasiveness and improve the surgical outcomes. After removing the cataract, an intraocular lens is inserted and the incision is closed with sutures. This surgery is performed under anaesthesia.
