Cyanoacrylate / Fibrin glue application for corneal perforation


Corneal perforation is a serious ocular injury in which the cornea gets fully penetrated and there is an effect on the vision of the victim.  To repair this injury in the cornea, there are now different types of tissue glues. Cyanoacrylate is a chemical adhesive that is used for the patch up of the torn cornea. Fibrin glue is a biological adhesive that requires less surgery time.
