Angiofibroma Excision

blog

Angiofibroma Excision is the surgical removal of non-cancerous nasal cavity tumours in adolescent boys. This procedure involves the use of Endoscopic Endonasal Approach (EEA) which is minimally invasive and gives surgical access to tumours through the nose’s natural corridors. The benefits of this process are the absence of incisions, no disfigurement and quicker recovery time. However, an external approach can also be used if the tumour is spreading extensively.
