5 Tips to Stay Safe from Dengue Fever this Monsoon

  • Remove Standing Water The biggest cause for the breeding of dengue mosquitoes and germs is when the water starts to collect in your house or out on the streets, allowing them to lay eggs. So, a preventive step would be to clean out buckets, and any such surfaces where water can stand. Also, do not overwater the plants where mosquitoes can breed.
  • Keep Dustbins Clean and Covered Another place dengue mosquitoes breed, the dustbins and bowls. The dustbin and dirty dishes attract mosquitoes and make you vulnerable to catching an infection. Also, regularly clean the corner of your house, including the garden area to avoid mosquito breeding.
